Personalized items and earrings are non-returnable/non-refundable and personalized orders are not eligible for cancellation after 1 hour order is placed.
We are not responsible for incorrect necklace to be make if you do not provide us with the correct Arabic translation (Arabic Name Necklace). We use Google Translate for translating names/words.
You may return most new, unopened UNPERSONALIZED items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note if First Class Package International Service is selected for shipping, we are not responsible for any items that are sent over seas and lost/delayed during travel.
When you place an order, we will email you a confirmation. Status will remain as "awaiting fulfillment" until shipped. Once shipped, you will receive email with tracking number.
We do not charge VAT or taxes. Please note that different counties have different laws regarding the import of silver and gold jewelry. Before you choose the shipping method it is important that you check this with your local post office regarding additional fees that you will be charged when collecting the package. Any local VAT or taxes is the customer's responsibility. Jewels By Durrani will not refund this charge.
